Bush birds came about when I was teamed up with another lady Ruth, and we started art therapy workshops together.
These workshops were a beautiful and fun way for our ladies to connect who had also been touched by cancer.
I originally painted this huge round painting to be our Healing Arts sign, but as we are no longer doing the workshops I added all the birds that I feel I have a connection with.
